Chalet home with bedroom balconies to take in sea views

A chalet style property boasting sea views has gone on the market in a sought after area of Merseyside.

The four-bedroom detached home is on Hall Road West in Crosby and also has three bathrooms and a staggering five reception rooms.

As well as offering sweeping views over the coastline, the house is also next door to West Lancashire Golf Club. The location is second to none with the property less than half a mile from Hall Road Train Station.

The house is on the market with Strike for offers in the region of £990,000.

Hall Road West itself was hailed as one of the most prestigious locations in the area by Strike. Recent sales on the stretch include a detached new build for £689,750 and an apartment for £415,000.

Overall house prices around Hall Road Station were £703,000 on average over the last 12 months.

The figure is a massive 62% higher than the previous year and 25% up on the 2019 peak of £564,135.
