Former Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chad Johnson has a vision for the team in 2024, and it’s one that many fans have suggested consistently for a while now.
On hand this week to receive the Tom Roebel Good Fellowship Award at the Roger Bacon Sports Stag, Johnson floated a popular idea about the 2024 Bengals.
“I know the script for the NFL next year. We’re going to the Super Bowl. What school did Joe Burrow go to? LSU. Where’s the Super Bowl next year? New Orleans. That’s it,” Johnson told Fox 19’s Jeremy Rauch.
Joe Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase going back to New Orleans while taking the Bengals to another Super Bowl is one of those storylines fans have had their eyes on since the star quarterback arrived in town.
Johnson amplifying the idea, though, will only spread it further, making it one of the more popular What if? scenarios of next season.
