The estranged wife of leading CFMEU figureJohn Setka has been charged with making threats to kill and had her home in Melbourne's west raided yesterday.
Emma Walters has confirmed to the ABC that she has been charged and will appear in court on April 5.
Victoria Police said it had laid charges of incitement to commit conspiracy to murder, incitement to acquire a firearm and making threats to kill against a 46-year-old Footscray woman.
Ms Walters told the ABC she denies the charges.
Police executed a search warrant at a Footscray home yesterday and seized a mobile phone.
