NEW DELHI: The Cerebral Palsy Sports Federation of India (CPSFI), the governing body for promotion and development of sports for people affected with cerebral palsy in India, is at odds with the Paralympic Committee of India (PCI) over a list of athletes selected by CPSFI and sent to the PCI for further ratification for the upcoming Asian Para Games to be held in Hangzhou, China, from October 22-28.
PCI is the central body that governs para sports in the country and is responsible for final selection of athletes to represent India at the Paralympic Games, Asian Para Games and other international meets involving para sports.
