CentralWorld invites sports lovers and health-conscious people to eat, play and get fit during the "Health & Fit Expo 2022", which is running at the Central Court and Eden Zone on the first floor, until Sunday.
Hailed as the biggest all-inclusive health fair of the year, the event presents all relevant products and services at four major zones.
The "Healthylicious Zone" gathers healthy food, desserts and bakery choices from popular shops. They include 100% plant-based food rich in protein and fibre from First Pride; a variety of clean and lean dishes made from the finest ingredients from GetFresh; baked items with less sugar and low calories from Kleens Station; and cold brew cannabis coffee and 100% Arabica coffee beans from Kan Chong.
The "Wellness Goods Zone" features over 200 products and services for health, organic body care, home care and personal care from Senior Move, Mega We Care, Ali Everyday Products, Agrowlab/Agrowplus and All About You.
Expect to see innovative products developed by Thai entrepreneurs at the "Health Innovation Zone", which include laser hair therapy for hair loss and thinning from Prima Laser Therapy, facial skincare products extracted from latex serum from Apara, foot pain-reducing insoles from Smile Feet, high-nutrition milk mousse for people of all ages from Taste'n Time, and biotic coffee from Vagaso.
At the "Stay Fit Zone", sportswear items from well-known brands are available at special prices while fun activities are arranged including an introduction of Barre fitness by Physique 57 and a ball squeeze challenge which allows you a chance to win a free "Physique 57 Fit Kit: 21-Day Challenge", worth 1,150 baht, (available from Friday to Sunday).
