Celtics’ Jayson Tatum talks MVP, Jaylen Brown, legacy in Boston

In a recent episode of the Bleacher Report “Crawford’s Couch” podcast, star Boston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum talked about his ambition to win the NBA’s 2024 MVP award and the importance of playing at an MVP level. He also talked about his admiration for teammate Jaylen Brown and his desire to incorporate Brown’s explosiveness into his own game.

Tatum shared his pride in representing the iconic Celtics franchise and his experience of working out with Michael Jordan. He also reflected on the disappointment of getting hurt in the 2023 East Finals and the lessons he’s learned from his son, Deuce. Finally, the Duke alum revealed his dream lineup for a pickup game, which includes legends such as Kobe Bryant, His Airness, and Magic Johnson.
