Most of us tend to relax a bit more when we retire, but Hall of Fame Boston Celtics big man Kevin Garnett has been keeping busy since calling it a career on the hardwood. Most recently, The Big Ticket made an appearance on the “Cold as Balls” show hosted by actor and hoops enthusiast Kevin Hart.
The pair talk KG’s career in the league and with Boston, how he knew when to call it quits based on advice given him by Michael Jordan, and how the tragically premature death of Los Angeles Lakers star Kobe Bryant convinced him to squash his beef with Banner 17 teammate Ray Allen.
Hart and Garnett even dive into his relationship with the Minnesota Timberwolves and fellow Boston alum Stephon Marbury.
To hear all this and more, take a look at the clip embedded above to hear what the duo said about Garnett’s time in the NBA courtesy of the folks over at the LOL Network official YouTube channel.
