Celtic youngster Dara Jikiemi looks set for a move to Liverpool having reportedly turned down the offer of a new contract.
The centre-back, 16, is the latest academy product to attract attention from England but Celtic had been very keen to keep hold of him.
It had been reported as far back as March that he could be Liverpool-bound but Parkhead chiefs put a new deal on the table to try to convince the talented teen to continue his development with them.
However, the Daily Record is now reporting that offer has been turned down.

The defender now looks set to move on to Liverpool this summer, choosing the Anfield side over a number of other Premier League options, including Newcastle United and Nottingham Forest.
Celtic will be due training compensation, but the figure will be reduced because he is moving cross border.
Jikiemi will follow in the footsteps of Ben Gannon-Doak who left Celtic for Liverpool as a teenager and now plays for Bournemouth and Scotland.
Others talented kids such as Conall Glancy, Daniel Cummings, Aidan Borland and Rory Mahady have left for English clubs.
