It has been a busy day for Celtic when it comes to summer recruits, with Alexandro Bernabei putting pen to paper in a five year deal. The left-back becomes Ange Postecoglou's fourth signing of the summer so far.
But the Hoops boss is showing now signs of slowing down just yet. Postecoglou is looking to bolster his squad as they gear up for Champions League football this autumn. An announcement of a permanent deal for last year's loanee star Jota is pending, with a number of other potential names linked with the club this summer.
There are a few faces who look to be on the way out of Glasgow's east end this summer, too. Christopher Jullien travelled to German to complete a medical with Bundesliga outfit Schalke, but talks have broken down after personal terms could not be agreed. Josip Juranovic has also been linked with a move away from Parkhead before the 2022/23 campaign gets underway.
The Parkhead club have already secured the services of Cameron Carter-Vickers and Daizen Maeda on a permanent basis after successful spells last season. Benjamin Siegrist has also put pen to paper, leaving Dundee United for Celtic Park.

Ryan Mmaee
In demand striker Ryan Mmaee has caught the attention of Celtic this summer. Ange Postecoglou is in the market for at least one recruit for his frontline as he looks to boost his squad ahead of the 2022/23 campaign.
The 24-year-old's current side Ferencvaros are understood to be keen to keep hold of their talisman who netted 18 goals in all competition for the Hungarian champions last season.
Mmaee still has one year left on his contract at the Budapest club, and seems to be putting his club future to the back of his mind as he focuses on making an impact for his country during this year's World Cup. However, reports in France suggest RC Lens could be the latest clubs to make an effort to land the midfielder.
Yan Couto
If Celtic are able to sell Josip Juranovic this summer, Ange Postecoglou could turn his attention to Manchester City youngster Yan Couto. The Brazilian is pushing for a permanent Etihad exit this summer, according to reports.
The 20-year-old was linked with a move to Parkhead last summer, but opted for a loan move to Braga instead. However, Couto is reportedly 'dissatisfied' at being loaned to Girona and Braga in back-to-back seasons and is instead looking to secure a permanent move.
It means that the door could be open for Celtic, with those at the club left impressed by player after a visit to Celtic Parking during the Europa League clash with Jablonec while he was weighing up his options last year.
Flamengo are currently leading the race for the right back's signature, according to Brazilian outlet Torcedores. They state that he is keen on a return to his country this summer following an extended spell in Europe.
Vinicius Souza
Vinicius Souza has been linked with a move to Glasgow's east end this summer. The midfielder could help fill the void left by Nir Bitton, who has left Parkead after nine years and returned to his native Israel with Macabbi Tel Aviv.
Souza's current club Lommel are part of the City Group which the Hoops have strong connections to, having previously signed players like Patrick Roberts and Jeremie Frimpong from top brass Manchester City.
According to reports, a fee of around £4million would be needed to land the 23-year-old. Turkish giants Fenerbache are also said to be keen on the Brazilian this summer.
Christopher Jullien
Defender Christopher Jullien was close to penning a deal with Schalke. He made his way to Germany to undergo a medical but talks broke down after an agreement on personal terms could not be reached.
The 29-year-old reported for the first day of pre-season training at Lennoxtown on Monday but then boarded a flight to visit the recently promoted Bundesliga club. However, the potential move is no longer on the cards.
Transfer guru Fabrizio Romano states that there were issues with the player agreeing personal terms.
Jota
It's the one that every Celtic fan wants to see. And it finally looks to be getting over the line.
Jota has been on a blockbuster summer tour but Football Scotland claim the player is finally in the city as he gets ready to put pen to paper on a contract that will make him Ange Postecoglou's newest signing. A £6.4million fee has already been agreed with Benfica.
