The gathering of Celtic fans in the city centre over the weekend posed a "risk to public safety", Glasgow City Council has said.
Hoops fans took to the streets on Saturday to celebrate their team's Premiership title win and it sparked incidents of anti-social behaviour as well as creating a large scale disorder which led to 10 people being arrested, with three people seriously injured.
A 31-year-old man is currently in a serious condition in hospital. Mountains of rubbish piled up in the city centre with council staff on hand to clear-up the mess left behind.

One incident, captured on video, showed people launching a firework into a packed crowd.
Residents, roads and local businesses were disrupted by the mass-gathering.
A spokesperson for Glasgow City Council said: “The gathering clearly caused disruption to residents, local businesses and the roads network.
"We are also concerned about the anti-social behaviour and risk to public safety associated with the gathering.
"Roads closed at short notice for safety reasons were reopened on Sunday morning and traffic signals damaged during the gathering were also repaired.
"A full assessment of the impact of this unofficial event will be undertaken.
"We will be engaging with our partners in Saturday’s operation on how the issues that arose can be addressed in future."
