Celtic starlet hits five goals in five UEFA Youth League games

Celtic starlet Daniel Cummings has scored five goals in five matches in European competition this season.

The teenager, 18, has netted five times for the Celtic youngsters in UEFA Youth League this term.

Celtic played their fifth match this evening, claiming a 1-0 win over Club Brugge with Cummings on the scoresheet.

He netted a double against Bratislava and notched another two goals against RB Leipzig last time out.

Celtic sit 11th in the UEFA Youth League with nine points from the 15 available so far.

Cummings, though, has been in electric form in domestic action for Celtic too.

The Scotland youth internationalist has 17 goals in 14 matches in the Lowland League.

Celtic sit second in the Lowland League so far, only behind East Kilbride on goal difference albeit with the league leaders having one game in hand.

His total for the season so far is an impressive 22 goals in 20 games.

It's thought the teenager has been training with the Celtic first team this week ahead of the Champions League tie against Club Brugge with his scoring streak catching the eye.
