Celtic squad revealed as Liel Abada pushing to return for St Mirren showdown

Celtic have no fresh injury concerns following their Champions League draw against Shakhtar Donetsk on Wednesday.

Ange Postecoglou 's side return to action in Paisley as they look to maintain their flawless start to the Premiership campaign away at St Mirren. The reigning champions have won all six of their league fixtures so far, racking up an astonishing 25 goals already.

Postecoglou's squad came through their midweek trip to Warsaw in the group stage unscathed and he has no additional fitness problems to contend with. Midfielder James McCarthy is back in training after missing the visit to Poland through illness. Defender Carl Starfelt remains on the sidelines with a knee problem, with Moritz Jenz set to continue at centre-back in the Swede's absence. Celtic boss Postecoglou introduced summer signing Sead Haksabanovic to his starting line-up for the first time in midweek but in-form Liel Abada, who has netted five times in his last two league outings, is pushing to be restored to the team.

Buddies boss Stephen Robinson has almost a full squad from which to choose for the visit of the champions. Attacker Toyosi Olusanya is out for a period of time with a broken toe.
