Jamie Vardy has joked out-of-contract Celtic striker Kelechi Iheanacho used 'juju cream' to beat injuries when they were at Leicester City.
And he recalled that the 29-year-old, along with teammate Wilfred Ndidi claimed they got the cream from a 'Nigerian witch doctor.'
Iheanacho is out of contract at Parkhead, but manager Martin O'Neill has stated he is keen to bring him back to Glasgow.
He spent seven years at Leicester and was a teammate of England international striker Vardy.
And Vardy suggested that Iheanacho and countryman Ndidi used unorthodox methods to overcome injuries by getting massaged with the mysterious 'juju cream' from Africa.

Vardy said: "They used to get injured. Little knocks, then go back to Nigeria for just one day. They came back with a nice big tub of juju cream.
"And that was the only thing that the masseur was allowed to apply to the injured area.
"They used to tell us that it had come from a Nigerian witch doctor!"
However, Ndidi - who now plays for Turkish side Besiktas - quickly moved to clarify the cream's ingredients.
He pointed out on social media: "It was a jar of shea butter."
