Ange Postecoglou has revealed Celtic are closing in on a third January recruit.
The Scottish champions have already been busy behind the scenes getting signings in place ahead of the winter window opening on January 1. Canada World Cup star Alistair Johnston has arrived on a long-term deal from CF Montreal while highly-rated defender Yuki Kobayashi has also committed his future for the long haul after joining from the J-League.
Both players have been getting a feel for Celtic in the past couple of weeks and will officially join their team-mates and be eligible for first-team action at the start of next month. The Hoops aren't finished though with another body 'getting pretty close' while a number of players have been liked with the exit door including Josip Juranovic in a big money move while interest is reportedly high in fringe defender Stephen Welsh.
