Scottish clubs have earned a total of 36.4 UEFA coefficient points in the last five seasons.
Newly compiled statistics from Swiss Football Data show Scotland as the ninth-top-earning nation in the UEFA rankings in that period.
England (107.714), Spain (92.143), Germany (82.357), Italy (79.929), France (61.167), the Netherlands (59.9), Portugal (56.217) and Belgium (42.2) are the countries ahead of Scotland in the data list.
Nine Scottish clubs have contributed to the national coefficient over the past five seasons with Rangers and Celtic the biggest earners.
Rangers have contributed 18.13 coefficient points to the nation's score which means just under 50 percent of Scotland's points have come from the Ibrox side.
The impressive score - bettered by only five clubs in Europe in the same period - comes after an incredible run to the Europa League final and return to the Champions League group stage this season.
Celtic, meanwhile, have added 12.1 points to Scotland's ranking - which translates to 33.24 percent of the total earned by Scottish clubs in the last five seasons.
The Parkhead club have regularly featured in the Europa League group stages in previous seasons and competed against Real Madrid, RB Leipzig and Shakhtar Donetsk in the Champions League group stage this season.

Aberdeen are the third biggest contributors to the Scotland UEFA coefficient in the last five seasons, scoring 2.48 points or 6.8 percent of the total.
Hibs have earned 1.5 points (4.12 percent) for Scotland, with Hearts contributing 0.8 points (2.2 percent).
Motherwell added 0.75 points (2.06 percent) and Kilmarnock boosted the coefficient by 0.25 points (0.69 percent) in the five-season period analysed.
Dundee United and St Johnstone both contributed 0.2 points (0.55 percent).
