Celtic and Rangers Champions League latest as reform decision expected to drag into next week

CHAMPIONS LEAGUE reform talks are set to drag on at least into next week, according to reports.

The Press Association have reported that it looks increasingly unlikely, barring some overnight horse-trading, that a final decision on the most significant format changes to Europe’s premier club competition for a generation will be taken by UEFA’s executive committee when it meets in Vienna today.
