Celine Dion has announced she is releasing her first new music in four years, just months after revealing she has been diagnosed with a rare and incurable neurological disease.
The music icon will release her new song Love Again for the film of the same name, in which she will also make her acting debut.
Celine will star alongside Sam Heughan and Priyanka Chopra in the romcom, which is based on a novel by Sofie Cramer.
The All By Myself hitmaker, 55, took to Instagram to announce the news.
Sharing a clip from the film with the song playing over the top, Celine wrote: "NEW TRACK ALERT!
"Available now, "Love Again", the title track from the motion picture. Mark your calendars, on May 5, the movie hits theatres and on May 12, the full album, featuring 5 new Celine songs, will be available!"
Her fans were delighted by the announcement, with one person commenting: "It’s so pretty your voice will be always my point of peace."
"God, I’ve missed your sweet angelic voice! *listening on repeat*," another wrote while a third person said: "Celine we adore every second of that track! it is so beautiful! we love you."
Another fan gushed: "It's beautiful, you sound astounding," adding a fire emoji.
Opening up about the upcoming film, Celine said: "I had a lot of fun doing this movie.
"And to have the privilege of appearing with the beautiful and talented actors Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Sam Heughan in my very first feature film is a gift that I will cherish forever."
In a press release, she added: "I think it's a wonderful feel-good story, and I hope that people will like it, and like the new songs too."
Back in December, the singer announced she is battling Stiff Person Syndrome (SPS) which leaves sufferers as 'human statues' as it locks the body into rigid positions.
There is no cure for the condition, which affects one in a million people, and it ultimately leaves sufferers unable to walk or talk.
In a tearful Instagram post, Celine said: "As you know I’ve always been an open book and I wasn’t ready to say anything before but I'm ready now.
"I've been dealing with problems with my health for a long time and its been really difficult for me to face my challenges and to talk about everything that I’ve been going through.
"While we’re still learning about this rare condition, we now know this is what’s been causing all the spasms I've been having," she added.
"Unfortunately, these spasms affect every aspect of my daily life sometimes causing difficulties when I walk and not allowing me to use my vocal chords to sing the way im used to."
She said that she has a "great team of doctors working alongside her" and is being supported by her "precious children".
