The cause of death of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez has been officially confirmed as penetrating wounds to the upper body, according to a newly released Los Angeles County Medical Examiner autopsy report.

Her death has been ruled a homicide, marking a significant development in a case that has drawn widespread attention following criminal charges against singer D4vd, whose legal name is David Anthony Burke.
