CONTENT WARNING: This article discusses alleged sexual assault and trafficking.

Celebrities allegedly involved in the Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs sex scandal are settling out of court, according to the lawyer representing 120 alleged victims.

Lawyer Tony Buzbee made this claim on TMZ Live, saying that he has already sent demand letters to some high-profile celebrities, giving them the chance to settle before the lawsuits go public.

“If you were attending one of these parties… and you attended before or you knew what was going to happen — that is, you knew that a particular drug was used in drinks that was causing people to be coerced and taken advantage of — and you were in the room or you participated or you watched it happen and didn’t say anything or you helped cover it up, in my view, you have a problem,” he declared.

“All of these individuals have exposure here… who will be named, when they will be named, all that will come out in due course.”

According to Buzbee, settling out-of-court is often in the best interest of the victim.

“In every single case, especially cases like this, we collect our data, collect our evidence, do our due diligence, spend time with the victim, and then because it’s the best interest of the victim, we attempt to resolve these matters without the filing of a public lawsuit, and we have done that already,” Buzbee explained.

“We’ve done that with a handful of individuals, many of which you’ve heard of before, and we’ll continue to do that.”

The lawyer stated the first lawsuits will be filed this week, but they won’t involve any celebrities. This round of lawsuits will go after any corporate entities which allegedly assisted with Diddy’s alleged crimes.

Buzbee said that lawsuits targeting individual people — including celebs — would be filed at a later date, if at all.

Diddy is facing charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution, and is currently held in prison without bail. He denies the allegations against him.

If convicted of sex trafficking, he faces a minimum sentence of 15 years in prison while the racketeering conspiracy charge could see him spend a life sentence behind bars. His trial date has not yet been set.
