Chloe Brockett broke down in tears on Monday night's opening episode of Celebs Go Dating.
The TOWIE star, 21, struggled to control her emotions as she revealed why she often struggles to let people see a softer side to her.
Chloe - who has admitted she 'desperately needs help' finding love - had to fight back the tears as she analyzed her "crap" first date with relationship experts Anna Williamson and Paul Carrick Brunson.
"You could not be more different from the person we saw last night. It was the dating 101 of how not to have a first date," expert Anna told the young star during her feedback.
The E4 relationship experts then mused whether the reality TV star was hiding her real personality under the guise of her celebrity persona 'Chloe B'.
"Why do you have a hard time separating Chloe B from this Chloe on dates, because you’re able to do it here," Paul asked the love-seeking star.
Chloe explained she "felt comfortable" to be her true self with the experts but added: "But I think why would you want to go on a date with that person when you thought you was dating Chloe B?"
Anna was stunned by the star's brave confession, as her and Paul moved on and examined both sides of Chloe's personality.
"Who did we see last night?" Paul asked bluntly.
Chloe explained it was "a mixture" of both her personas, but on the date she was "Chloe B" as opposed to revealing her actual personality.
As things got emotional, Anna was on hand to reassure the celebrity dater they would support her on the journey - one that involves "a lot of work to reframe [her] thinking".
"Every credit to you, you’ve come on in vulnerable. Thank you for that," Anna added when giving the star a pep talk.
It all got too much for Chloe though - with the 21-year-old bursting into tears in the offices.
"I don’t actually know why I’m starting to cry, it’s weird," she uttered as tears ran down her face.
Caring Anna again reassured the emotional star that she was safe to explore her emotions and show a softer, more vulnerable side.
"But I don’t know why I’m crying or what’s wrong. I don’t actually know what’s the matter," Chloe hit back with - still sobbing.
"Often times when we cry it’s not because something’s wrong, it’s because it’s right," Paul suggested.
The dating experts then promised to help Chloe become more confident and open with her emotions - telling her she would become "better" in every aspect of her life.
Chloe is joined by fellow reality TV stars Miles Nazaire, Geordie Shore’s Marty McKenna and Married At First Sight’s Nikita Jasmine on the current series of Celebs Go Dating - all hoping to find love with the help of professional matchmakers.
