The Wagatha Christie trial is sure to go down as one of the most sensational celeb stories this decade, with more twists and turns than a blockbuster you would watch at your local cinema, popcorn in hand.
And like a blockbuster film, there was a host of starry supporting characters- all dragged into the legal battle between warring wags Coleen Rooney, 36, and Rebekah Vardy, 40.
As we await the long-anticipated ruling, we take a look at the celebs unwillingly tangled up with the May trial at the Royal Courts of Justice.
In case you need a reminder, the saga began when Coleen, wife of footie legend Wayne, claimed in October 2019 that an Instagram account behind three fake stories that appeared in The Sun newspaper was Rebekah's.
The I'm a Celeb contestant vehemently denied she was behind the leaks and sued Coleen for libel.
Peter Andre
In perhaps the most high profile example of a famous face being pulled into the proceedings, Peter Andre's manhood was bought up during the trial.
During the first day of the hearing, an interview Rebekah gave to News of the World in 2004 resurfaced, where she talked about having sex with Peter Andre while she was married to her ex-husband.
In the article, Vardy said the singer was hung like a 'miniature chipolata' and 'made no attempt to satisfy me'.
While being cross examined by Rooney's barrister, Vardy alleged she was forced into the situation by her then husband.
"This is something I deeply regret and something that is very much part of my past.
"It is not nice to read. But I was in a terrible, terrible relationship.
"The consequences of not doing something were far worse than doing it," she said.
Later on in the trial, Rebekah said: "There’s a lot of things in there that didn’t come out of my mouth and misrepresented and circumstances around that article I’m deeply sorry for."
She added that she was "very young" at the time and sent Peter and his wife Emily messages a couple of years ago.
Peter, 49, then took to Instagram to share his thoughts on the story resurfacing, explaining in a video to his 1.8m followers that he stayed quiet about the kiss-and-tell article for 15 years.
"Yes, now she's gone to court and admitted the story was made up and she did that because her ex-husband forced her to do it. Fair enough," the singer said.
"But, put that all aside, and think how it feels if a man or I had said this about her anatomy or a man said something about another woman's anatomy and made up something saying whatever.
"You can use your imagination of saying something very unflattering. There would be outrage, there would be absolute outrage but because it's been said about me, I've been the butt of all jokes and I took it for 15 years."
The Mysterious Girl singer also apologised in the caption to his family who "have had to see and hear some not very nice things."
Danielle Lloyd
Model and former Wag Danielle Lloyd, 38, was bought up in the trial while Rebekah was being cross examined about messages between herself and her former agent, Caroline Watt.
Rebekah said she was referring to Danielle, her Maldives honeymoon and miscarriage in an exchange with her agent.
Coleen's barrister David Sherborne said in August 2019 that Rebekah told Caroline to "leak the Maldives stuff" in relation to what he labelled the "pregnant girl leak".
Rebekah claimed her message related to a screenshotted article in a magazine about Ms Lloyd "talking about her Maldives honeymoon and her unfortunate miscarriage".
She said Ms Lloyd was "not someone in my circle", and said she disagreed with her about "gender selection".
Danielle had previously spoke about how she would have had controversial gender selection treatment if her fifth child had been another boy.
Breaking her silence on TalkTV afterwards, Danielle, who used to be married to footballer Jamie O' Hara, said: "It's honestly it really upset me and, you know, it’s brought back very bad memories. One of the text messages was talking about a miscarriage that I'd had in the past.
"And I was really, really distraught at the time, and obviously for that to be brought up again, it's just been heart-breaking for me."
Dawn Ward and Leanne Brown
On the fourth day of the trial, mum-of-four Coleen claimed she went though her list of Instagram followers to narrow down who could be responsible for the leaks, and ruled out Real Housewives of Cheshire stars Dawn Ward and Leanne Brown.
She said in her statement: “I have known them since I was around 18 years old and I had a social connection with them and had been with them at numerous private social events over the years and nothing had ever been leaked about those events.”
Giving evidence, Coleen said: “I have been in their social circles many many times. There is information that could have leaked that’s never leaked.”
Mrs F, Mr H and Mr G
The court heard about a celebrity love triangle- with those allegedly involved being kept anonymous.
While being cross examined, Rebekah was questioned about messages between her and Caroline which spoke about the mysterious affair.
The celebs involved in the scandal were given pseudonyms, but some details of their identities were revealed in court.
It’s been confirmed that “Mrs F” is a well-known celebrity, that “Mr H” is her estranged husband and that “Mr G” is a well-known footballer.
The messages that Rebekah sent allege that the celebrity was cheating on her husband with the footballer, and Mr Sherborne said that the husband had cheated on his wife early in the relationship too.
Mr Sherborne told the court about a conversation that happened between Rebekah and Caroline.
One message to Watt talking about the well-known celebrity said: "Oh my god have you seen how badly Mrs F is behaving I'm actually disgusted with her."
And another said: "Leak the story about her shagging [G] behind [H's] back."
But Rebekah denied that the messages prove she had tried to leak the story, claiming she was “just joking” in the messages.
