Celebrity Traitors 2026: Who are the Traitors and who are the Faithfuls?

Everyone’s favourite star-studded show of back-stabbing is back on our screens, and our traitors have officially been revealed.

In the premiere episode of the new series, host Claudia Winkleman welcomed 21 new stars into the iconic Scottish Highlands castle.

After the celebrities got acquainted with one another and their new home, they made their feelings known to Winkleman about whether they wanted to become a traitor or a faithful.

This year, only two traitors were picked initially, a switch-up from the normal format. Typically, three traitors are selected and last years were Alan Carr, Jonathan Ross and Cat Burns.

Arriving in the turret, Jama and Grant were greeted by Winkleman, who revealed that they wouldn’t be a duo for too much longer.

She explained that tomorrow night, two faithfuls will pitch themselves to the pair to plead their case as a potential traitor. Only one will be successful and the other will be murdered.

At the end of the episode Amol Rajan and James Acaster were selected as the potential future Traitors. They then had to “plead” to Jama and Grant for their place in the reality show.

After making their case to join the duo, both the journalist and comedian were instructed to lie down in coffins whilst the Traitors discussed who would be best to join their cause.

A huge focus was who could help save Grant, who declared himself a Traitor in front of a very suspicious bunch of fellow contestants. Ultimately, Acaster was chosen and Rajan was murdered in the first kill of the series.
