Celebrity real estate agent and Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star, Josh Flagg, has made a strategic move to join Compass in its Beverly Hills Office. Flagg cites Compass' top-ranking status in the country, sterling reputation, extensive network, cutting-edge agent resources, and commitment to professionalism as key factors aligning with his values and business goals.
Flagg is bringing over $400 million in residential listings to Compass, including prime properties like a Wallace Neff-designed mansion in Bel-Air, formerly owned by Judy Garland, listed at $11.495 million. He is also selling The Knoll House in Pasadena, a 1916 mansion designed by Myron Hunt and Gordon Kaufman, boasting 32,000 square feet with a 20,000-square-foot art gallery.
Previously associated with Rodeo Realty and Douglas Elliman, Flagg expresses gratitude for his time at these firms but looks forward to new opportunities at Compass. Despite his move, Flagg believes his transition will not impact his role on Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles or his relationships with co-stars.
Flagg's recent ventures include launching Estate Media, focusing on real estate content, and publishing his third book, 'The Deal: Secrets for Mastering the Art of Negotiation.' He remains committed to living in Los Angeles, having purchased a new residence in Beverly Hills, a 1926 Italian villa with seven bedrooms and over 7,100 square feet of living space.
Compass founder and CEO, Robert Reffkin, expresses excitement over Flagg's arrival, highlighting his experience and forward-looking approach. In addition, Compass recently introduced Compass AI, aimed at assisting agents with marketing strategies, including creating listing descriptions.
Flagg's move to Compass signifies a significant shift in the real estate landscape, with expectations high for his continued success in the luxury property market.
