A celebrity osteopath used a camera and a telescope to spy on half-dressed London university students at their halls of residence while lying on the back seat of his car, a court has heard.
Torben Hersborg, 63, was spotted by a member of the public on several occasions lurking outside the Chapter apartment block in King’s Cross in December last year.
