Rachel Allen has revealed she can't bring herself to watch her son Joshua's MMA fights.

The celebrity chef isn't able to watch any of Joshua’s violent bouts, and she often watches her formula car racing son Lucca's races from behind her clenched hands, reports RSVP.

“Isaac, my husband, goes to every single one, every single race and every single fight,” Rachel told the Sunday World.
