We really should celebrate the delicacy every day — and hey, some of us do! — whether it’s the soft pretzels of Philadelphia (pro tip: Throw some mustard on them), or the ones sold on the street in New York City, or the crunchy ones you get out of a bag for a snack (give me the sourdough versions, please and thank you).
