A CCTV picture has been released by police after a man was left with a fractured eye socket following an assault at a Sunderland bar.
Sometime between 3am and 5am on Tuesday, December 27, it was reported that a man was assaulted by another man while he was in 7even, on Derwent Street in the city centre. The victim suffered a fractured eye socket.
Now, Northumbria Police has released an image of a man they would like to speak to in relation to the assault as part of their ongoing enquiries.

He is believed to have been in the area of 7even at the time and could have some information that could help officers with their investigation.
