On Sunday, December 21, 60 Minutes (which has seen BTS changes) was set to air a segment detailing the Trump Administration’s reported deportation of migrants to a prison in El Salvador. That special, however, was pulled from the broadcast schedule at the last minute, and the company’s editor-in-chief, Bari Weiss, made that call. Now, Weiss is defending her decision to pull the segment.
