Catherine Zeta-Jones beamed about family life as she attended the National Treasure: Edge of History series premiere in Hollywood on Monday night (December 5).
The actress, 53, made a glamorous appearance at the event as she was joined by 22-year-old Dylan, her son with husband Michael Douglas.
Speaking on her date for the night, Zeta-Jones told People: “I enjoy every minute with this guy. Well, he’s a good son. It’s just the best.”
She added: “I mean, each year gets better and better and with such good friends, I think, in our family, which is great.”
Zeta-Jones has been married to acting legend Michael, 78, for 22 years. The couple also shares daughter Carys, 19.
Leading the red carpet, Zeta-Jones, who stars as villain Billie in the upcoming National Treasure series, looked sensational in a deep-burgundy sequinned gown. with a plunging neckline and sheer mesh panels.
The Welsh star stunned in smoky purple eye make-up and accessorised her bewitching look with silver embellished rings and matching drop earrings.
Zeta-Jones’s son Dylan looked dapper in a brown three-piece suit, with a white shirt and orange tie, and flashed the same handsome smirk his famous father is known for.
This is Zeta-Jones’s second series premiere in weeks, after Netflix smash-hit Wednesday premiered in November, which she also brought son Dylan along to.
“Well, first of all, husband Michael is very happy that this is my date! A collaboration between the two of us, the gift that keeps on giving,” Zeta-Jones said at her latest premiere.
Discussing her family life further, she continued, “Both my daughter and Dylan have been so incredibly supportive to me, not just as an actor, but just me, you know. I’ve been extremely blessed to be able to have both in my life.”
Dylan shared with People on Monday: “It’s cool to see how, you know, you meet people, talk to people, how they act, and you know, see if maybe one day I want to do that.
“So, it’s very cool.”
Zeta-Jones also revealed the family’s plans for Christmas, following Michael’s time working in Europe, as she shared that they will be “all together” over the holidays.
“To have our little nucleus back together is always the best,” the actress added.
