The series, produced by Sky and Peacock, will see McCormack starring alongside Colin Firth, who will portray Dr. Jim Swire, husband of Jane Swire, played by McCormack.
The storyline of 'Lockerbie' revolves around the Swire family's heartbreaking loss of their daughter, Flora, in the terrorist attack on Pan Am Flight 103. Dr. Jim Swire emerges as the spokesperson for U.K. victims' families, leading a relentless pursuit for truth and justice in the aftermath of the tragedy.
Joining Firth and McCormack in the cast are Sam Troughton as Murray Guthrie, Mark Bonnar as Roderick McGill, Andy Nyman as Edwin Bollier, Ardalan Esmaili as Abdelbaset al-Megrahi, and Selwa Jghalef as Aisha.
