Casuals at University of Canberra are the biggest winners out of new pay deal

Casual staff at the University of Canberra will receive the best superannuation rate in the sector in what is being praised as a win for closing the gender superannuation gap.

Staff at the university have voted to accept a pay rise of 14.5 per cent over four years and casuals will have their superannuation contributions increased from 12 to 17 per cent by 2030.
