CastleCourt has announced the next retailer to fill part of the site left when Debenhams closed its doors.
New Look is set to open a branch in CastleCourt on Thursday, May 25, on the bottom floor of the old Debenhams site. New signs have just appeared around the area letting shoppers know.
The shop size will be just under 8,000 sq. ft and the store opening will create around 15 jobs, including management.

It comes after The Avenue cinema officially opened on the first floor of the former Debenhams site, a brand-new luxury cinema concept which will see customers get cocktails and food delivered to their seats.
It is hoped the unique offering, a £5.2milion investment which has created 50 jobs in the process, will attract customers to come and stay in the centre and is a big draw for this part of the city which has seen numerous business close their doors.
New Look did occupy a unit upstairs in CastleCourt but it had previously closed. They also have a shop in Victoria Square.
Leona Barr, Centre Manager at CastleCourt Shopping Centre said: “We are so excited to welcome New Look back to CastleCourt Shopping Centre as we reveal more plans for the prime retail spaces at the front of the Mall to complement our new hospitality and leisure offering, including The Avenue cinema which successfully opened earlier this month.”
