A casting agency is looking for Scots to appear in a new feature movie which will be filmed in Glasgow. Des Hamilton Castings is looking for Glaswegians who are 'articulate and likeable'.
The film is described as a love letter to the city and TV bosses are looking for people without acting experience for the two lead roles. They're on the hunt for a male aged between 24 and 26, and a female between the ages of 17 and 19.
Des Hamilton Castings is a BAFTA-winning casting company for film and TV and their credits include the Oscar-winning feature Jojo Rabbit and the Netflix series Top Boy.
They have a history of casting people with no previous acting experience, such as Thomas Turgoose, who was street cast for This Is England at a youth club in Grimsby, and went on to win a BIFA for Most Promising Newcomer.
It's not known what the film will be called, where in Glasgow it'll be shot or when cameras will start rolling.
