Caster Semenya wins testosterone discrimination case at European court

In tonight's edition: South African double 800m Olympic champion Caster Semenya wins her appeal at the European Court of Human Rights against World Athletics rules requiring her to artificially lower her testosterone levels. Also, the WHO says a new anti-malaria vaccine is a major breakthrough. Some 18 million doses have been allocated to 12 countries in Africa. Finally, with rural areas are still too reluctant to give blood, there's a push in Benin to get more people donating.
