The man accused of killing Cash App founder Bob Lee stabbed him after an argument over the suspect’s sister, prosecutors said in court documents released Friday.
Nima Momeni, a tech consultant and entrepreneur, was upset over whether anything “inappropriate” had happened with his sister and Lee, according to the documents prosecutors filed in San Francisco Superior Court asking a judge to keep him in custody without bail.
Prosecutors laid out a timeline of events leading up to about 2:35 a.m. April 4, when Lee, 43, was found bleeding from stab wounds near the the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge. He was taken to a hospital, where he died.
