Casemiro insists Manchester United players ought not to focus on the Europa League play-off tie with Barcelona, after the two clubs were drawn together on Monday.

United’s failure to top their group means they are required to go through an extra round against the relegated Champions League clubs. The Reds will first travel to the Nou Camp in February ahead of the return leg in March.

United last played Barcelona in the quarter-finals of the Champions League in 2019, losing 4-0 on aggregate. Seven of the starting line-up that took to the field in Spain for the second leg that year are still at the club today.
