Cars were forced to swerve after a careless driver did a three-point turn in the Queensway tunnel.
Footage widely circulated on social media showed cars in the Queensway Tunnel, which connects Liverpool city centre and Birkenhead, having to slam on and swerve into other lanes to avoid the driver's manoeuvre. The footage, dated Saturday, March 25 shortly after 11am, shows the driver pull across two lanes of traffic to perform the illegal turn.
The driver narrowly misses a Range Rover which swerves into the left lane to avoid the car. The driver then spins their wheel as they quickly pull away in the opposite direction.
