Carol Vorderman found herself being inundated with comments as she showed off her latest workout. The TV star worked up a sweat as she took part in the intense session which she filmed and posted to her Instagram page on Monday (April 3).
She was seen squatting and weight-lifting during the workout with her personal trainer Mel Deane. "MONDAY GYM SESH WITH @MELDEANE12," Carol started the caption of her post. Carol went on to share alongside the video, which showed her sporting a skintight black top and matching leggings: "Boommmmmm. Wallop. It’s Monday LET’S GO."
Gabby Logan was among the first to respond to Carol's post, writing: "Go on Carol," while Julia Bradbury said: "There she goes." Alison Hammond also shared her support, simply typing in the comments: "Go girl."

And fans were also quick to share their comments and compliments. @sandbuff1234 said: "I’m exactly the same age as yourself….. I couldn’t work out like you are doing!!!!……" to which Carol replied: "Giving my best in the gym makes me so happy....Big endorphin kick every time."

It comes after Carol was supported over her latest comments after she branded herself a 'pensioner'. The former Countdown host took to her Twitter and Instagram accounts on Sunday (March 2) to issue a message as a brand new interview was released which saw her grace the cover of YOU Magazine.
"The Carol Conundrum’ brunette-wigged cover of YOU Magazine this morning!!" she started the caption of the post which was a video showing Carol lounging on a soft green sofa. The 62-year-old looked gorgeous in a long-sleeved velvet dress as she lay across the furniture and answered some questions.
"Summary: 'I have nothing to apologise for'. 'The goal of my life is to be happy, not to be 'in love,'" Carol continued to caption of her post as she summarised the answers to some of the questions she was asked. "Basically I’m a thick-skinned little bugger who had a hard start & loves life, people, gym & laughing."
