Carol Vorderman caused a stir on social media on Sunday after sharing a couple of images of her new blonde locks.
The 61-year old, who is heading to Anglesey to paddleboard with BBC Breakfast star and best pal Owain Wyn Evans, took to Instagram to show off her straight-haired look.
Alongside the snaps she included the caption: "Sun so hot it turned my hair blonde today, didn't it @kalas_hair_boutique?
"Packed up for some decent paddleboarding V V soon. Can't wait @owainwynevans.....I've brought 3 of them @fatstickboards.
"Ynys Môn here we come. Xx happy days."
Fans of the former Countdown star were clearly impressed with what the saw as one user commented: "The hair really suits."
Another wrote: "Love your new look."
A third added: "Looking hot as usual."
Her new look was a far cry from her last public outing when she donned her 'Matherick' flight suit and attended the premiere of Top Gun : Maverick last month.
The star-studded bash in London's Leicester Square was attended by the film's leading man Tom Cruise, as well as Prince William and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge.
Meanwhile, the star recently revealed to Evans on BBC Radio Wales that she will not be marrying for a third time.
Appearing as a guest on her friend's show Carol said: "Obviously I'm not doing it again!"
She went on to say she is very happy being single, that she doesn't need to be in a relationship to be happy, and that she can't imagine sharing her life with anyone.
Her first husband was Christopher Mather, who she tied the knot to in 1985 at the age of 24. Christopher was an international rugby league player at the time. The couple divorced a year later in 1986.
By 1990, the then-29 year old was remarried to Patrick King, a management consultant. The pair had two children together, Katie and Cameron.
Carol and Patrick remained married for 10 years before getting divorceD in 2000.
Just a year prior Carol met broadcaster and British journalist Des Kelly at a Christmas party in 1999. They lived together in London from 2001, as well as their second house in West Cork, Ireland.
After five years of being in a relationship together, the couple separated in December 2006. Des was Carol's last public partner.
