Carol Vorderman shows off curves in clinging red dress after spilling fitness secrets

Carol Vorderman showed off her curves in a bright red form-fitting dress during a night out in London.

The 61-year-old looked fabulous as she attended the Tina Turner musical press night on Tuesday.

Her form-fitting dress cut off at her calves and covered her arms.

The scoop neck was the star of the show and Carol completed the look with a stunning silver necklace.

She wore black high heels and carried a black bag as she posed for the cameras.

Earlier in the day, she went to Westminster for a menopause rally.

"I'm on my way to the Houses of Parliament to join a rallying cry," she wrote on her Instagram Stories.

The former Countdown star previously opened up about the gruelling workout routine that keeps her fit.

She took to Instagram last month and revealed: " So I've got a very sweaty kettlebell session coming up now.

"I did it yesterday and woah was it hard - 25 minutes, more or less non-stop, online and it's free on YouTube.

"I found this amazing couple, called Juice and Toyah and they have lots of different workouts and I really like them."

Ahead of her 62nd birthday, she shared her approach to exercise to maintain her body and mind.

The Bristol-based beauty has signed up to a gym near her home town in a bid to continue her fitness into later life.

She told followers: 'I'm DETERMINED to stay fit and active and healthy as hell as I'm knocking on 62 years old.

''Been a gym goer since they started opening for women in the mid 90s. Now with my busy life being everywhere.....London, Bristol, Cardiff, West Wales, Manchester, abroad.....I want someone who will tell me what to do and when, every day.'

The TV presenter was keen to stress she is more than happy to be put through her paces by a coach rather than go it alone.

She added: "'I'm really good at taking instruction, very disciplined but if I have to make it up as I go along every day, then I only do half of the gym work. It's just that emails and all sorts to do with my businesses start to kick in and work takes over the day.

"So Grant @g.p_fit_ and I started this new system this morning. He's in charge."
