Carol Vorderman launches scathing attack on Boris Johnson

Carol Vorderman has launched a scathing attack on Boris Johnson and his Government and shows no signs of stopping any time soon.

The TV personality yesterday said she was "embarrassed" for Deputy Prime Minister Dominic Raab amid claims of inappropriate behaviour from disgraced MP Chris Pincher. Today (Wednesday) she has called out Nadine Dorries for championing the Prime Minister Boris Johnson.

It comes as Chancellor Rishi Sunak and Health Secretary Sajid Javid dramatically quit Boris Johnson's government last night as the Prime Minister's cabinet implodes around him.

The Prime Minister could now be on the way out of Downing Street with more senior members ditching their roles. Mr Johnson has been mired in scandal for months, but his actions over former deputy chief whip Chris Pincher have been the final straw for two of his government's most important ministers.

Tweeting in support of Mr Johnson, Ms Dorries said: "I'm not sure anyone actually doubted this, however, I am [100%] behind @BorisJohnson, the PM who consistently gets all the big decisions right."

Responding to her tweet, Carol Vorderman said: "Wow. Really? Boris gets things right? Are we living in parallel meta universes?" Carol's reply has quickly received thousands of likes and replies.

Graeme Turnbull said: "It’s like something out of Marvel’s multiverse. Absolutely chaotic", while Wendy Wright said: "She's not living on the same planet as the rest of us".
