TV presenter Carol Vorderman has shown her support for the UK by posing in a sparkly Union Jack bikini. The UK is in the middle of a cost-of-living crisis and many are critical of new Prime Minister Liz Truss but Carol wanted to show her support for the country.
Smiling at the camera in a sparkly Union Jack bikini Carol said she was "still flying the flag". She also told fans about her new workout routine that she is enjoying.
Carol captioned the post: "Evening. Just a bit hooked on a new stretching regime and kettlebell workouts.....doesn't take much to keep me happy eh?!" followed by two arms flexing emojis. Carol also told her fans: "I'm still flying the flag in spite of the current economic nightmare going on in the country....!!!" followed by a Union Jack emoji.

Recently Carol has also shown her support for Wales, posing in Welsh colours in her yoga clothes. In this post she explained to fans she was supporting the Welsh sports teams.
She said: "Welsh colours OBVIOUSLY...got a helluva sports winter coming up. @fawales in World Cup in Qatar @welshrugbyunion with some ace games through the Autumn season and our girls doing BRILLIANTLY too." Carol added: "COME ON CYMRUUUUUU" followed by a red love heart and Welsh flag emoji.
Carol has also been sharing pictures of her recent retreat trip to Portugal where she dropped "over a dress size". Carol, who hails from Prestatyn, shot to fame when she began co-presenting Countdown in 1892. Since then Carol has presented Loose Women, entered the jungle on I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! and taken part in Strictly Come Dancing.
