Carol Vorderman, 62, leaves ITV This Morning viewers rushing to comment over 'dramatic' appearance

Carol Vorderman left This Morning viewers distracted as she appeared on the show. The former Countdown star was back on the ITV daytime programme on Friday (March 10) as she joined Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary live in the studio.

She took her seat on the famous sofa alongside the hosting duo while LBC's Nick Ferrari joined via video link to discuss the latest news headlines which included the struggles within the NHS as new data suggests one in three NHS staff would be unhappy to have their relatives treated in the hospital where they worked.

They also chatted about King Charles' upcoming Coronation in May which saw Carol give a brutally honest verdict on Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's attendance at the historic event, which also happens to falls on their son Archie's fourth birthday. It comes after it was indicated that Harry and Meghan have received an official invite to the event which is due to take place at Westminster Abbey on May 6.

It comes amid a 'feud' within the royal family following the release of Prince Harry's tell-all memoir, Spare, earlier this year. Carol argued it was time the beef between The Sussexes and the palace came to an end as she said: "It's time now, isn't it? That the rift was healed."

But she admitted she isn't too bothered about whether or not they show up to the Coronation, adding: "I have to admit, I'm not particularly interested whether they come or not. The press go mental over it and I think the press are probably more interested than the public, but that's what we take our guidance from.

"And they do love to hate them, but I just think come over, have a nice time, be a family, it's their father's biggest day, and I hope the sun shines."

But as Carol gave out her opinions on the latest topics, This Morning viewers were rushing to comment on her attire. The 62-year-old was seen sporting a bright red fitted turtle neck jumper which she wore tucked into a pair of tight red leggings. She paired the figure-hugging outfit with a pair of white leather heeled boots and accessorised with a gold bracelet and wore her blonde locks down in a wavy style.

@DickTurpinIII tweeted: "Has there been a more dramatic transformation than Carol Vorderman? #ThisMorning." @harlow__s said: "How amazing does @carolvorders look on #ThisMorning." @Shine446777 shared: "@carolvorders body is amazing! She looks great. Go Carol! #ThisMorning." @Mr_Goomantash added: "Carol dressed like a power ranger is a serve #ThisMorning."
