Carl Starfelt has posted a smirking picture of himself and Celtic pal Jota in the wake of Rangers ' Europa League Final defeat.
The Scottish Premiership winning duo were trolled by the Ibrox faithful as they headed for to Seville for the clash with Eintracht Frankfurt.
Fans had been clamouring for flights to Spain with virtually every departure from Scotland - including one with the Celtic pair on it.
The Benfica loanee was told he "must be hating life" in a video as passengers sang Rangers songs and even stuck an Ibrox fan group sticker to his hat.
Following the interactions, Starfelt had taken to social media to call for “respect for the champions” – and has continued to taunt the Rangers fans after the penalty heartbreak.
Almost immediately after the shoot-out defeat, the Swede posted a snap to his Instagram of Jota and himself smiling to the camera.
Celtic fans quickly took the post as a dog at their Glasgow rivals.
One posted: "Looks like a troll from the Bhoys after the abuse they got?"
Another said with a laughing emoji: "Carl Starfelt and Jota took abuse off their fans on a flight the other day , they've just posted this."
Another Celtic fan reacted: "Carl Starfelt & Jota having a VERY good night in sunny Spain."
Former Celtic playmaker Tom Rogic also offered plaudits to Eintracht Frankfurt star Ajdin Hrustic.
The Parkhead favourite took to his Instagram story with a snap of his international teammate with the trophy.
