But for mad football fan Frampton, fighting at the home of his beloved Crusaders was a dream he never got to realise.
Frampton - who is also a massive Rangers fan - told William Hill’s Stripped Podcast : "I'd loved to have fought at Seaview. It's obviously smaller than Ibrox, you wouldn't get many in.
"There was actually talk of me fighting at Crusaders before. I think you'd probably get about 4,000 into the stadium, but then with the pitch you could put maybe another 4,000. So 8,000.
"But the Odyssey Arena, where I fought, held 9,000 people. And it is way more expensive to do an outside broadcast so promoters don't want to do it.
"But there was a genuine discussion about me fighting there, but it never happened.
"Maybe there were fights there years ago, but I would probably have been the first."
