Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray could make his 2023 debut against the Falcons on Sunday, head coach Jonathan Gannon told reporters. Murray, the former No. 1 overall pick, will be activated from the PUP list on Wednesday as he returns from an ACL injury.

The Cardinals just traded QB Josh Dobbs to the Vikings last week in anticipation of Murray’s return. Dobbs led Minnesota to a comeback win over the Falcons in Week 9.
Murray, 26, has passed for 13,848 yards, 84 touchdowns and 41 interceptions, with 2,204 rushing yards and 23 rushing touchdowns over his four seasons in the NFL.
The Falcons plan to start veteran Taylor Heinicke against Arizona in Week 10, head coach Arthur Smith told reporters on Monday.
