The Arizona Cardinals have some injury uncertainty at tackle as they begin Week 18. Left tackle D.J. Humphries injured his knee in the Cardinals’ 35-31 road win over the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday.
To add depth for practice, the team announced Monday that offensive lineman Ben Brown was signed to the practice squad. He, however, is not a tackle.
Brown was with the Seattle Seahawks, the Cardinals’ Week 18 opponent, on their practice squad earlier this season after spending the preseason with the Cincinnati Bengals.
He entered the league undrafted in 2022 out of Mississippi. He signed with the Bengals and spent his rookie season on injured reserve.
In his college career, he started 40 games, playing three seasons at guard and another at center.
