They ruled out four players and have another six who are questionable, although several are tracking to play.

Ruled out
CB Antonio Hamilton (groin), CB Starling Thomas (ankle), OL Elijah Wilkinson (neck), WR Michael Wilson
Wilkinson was designated to return from injured reserve and was limited all week. He is not ready to be activated.
The other three did not practice at all this week.
Wilson and Hamilton miss their second straight game.
With both Hamilton and Thomas out, that means there could be a return to the starting lineup for Marco Wilson, who was benched last week.
Questionable
S Joey Blount (knee), WR Marquise Brown (heel), TE Trey McBride (groin), WR Zach Pascal (personal), DL Kevin Strong (knee), S Jalen Thompson (ribs)
Pascal did not practice the last two days and will travel separately to Pittsburgh, rejoining the team on Saturday. McBride sounded like he planned on playing. McBride, Strong and Thompson all appear to be tracking to play. Brown was out all week. We will see how that goes. He played last week after not practicing Thursday or Friday.
