The injuries were sustained on or around February 10, 2018; April 12, 2018; April 18, 2019; and August 9, 2019.

Booth also admitted two counts of failing to ensure people were not exposed to health and safety risks from using play equipment at Supajump. These offences took place from August 1, 2017 to April 30, 2018, and from August 1, 2018 to August 30, 2019.
