If you're planning on hosting your friends and family and want to wow your guests without breaking the bank you might want to take some notes from Cardiff mum, Ashleigh. The social media blogger has shared how she created an impressive grazing board with Aldi products in just 10 minutes.
Ashleigh, who is known as Cardiff Mum on Instagram and boasts 109k followers, had people coming over and no time to do something fancy but says "Aldi saved the day". Posting on the platform, Ashleigh revealed how she used the supermarket products to make a delectable grazing table with everything from warm breads, to cheeses, dips and fruit.
Sharing the gorgeous foodie creation with a video, Ashleigh wrote: "Watch how I made a grazing table for 10 people in 10 minutes for £25 in Aldi."

She then captioned the clip: "Had people coming over last minute and no time to sort out anything fancy but Aldi saved the day again. I did this grazing table for £25, it went down a treat. It was perfect for 8 adults and 2 kids to have a nibble, save for any parties or get togethers you have coming up."
In the video, Ashleigh can be seen using Camberbert as her centre piece before surrounding the cheese with crackers on a wooden board, she then lays out salsa and hummus in dips bowls and breadsticks in jars before layering chunks of bread and scotch eggs.
Next Ashleigh puts piles of tortilla chips, cocktail sausages and sausage rolls onto a layer of foil that's been put down on the table, before adding grapes, tomatoes, olives and more cheese to the board. She finishes by using chorizo and Aldi's antipasti selection on the outskirts along with melon slices and adds healthy snacks such as strawberries, cucumbers, peppers, and carrots at the end.
Commenting on the grazing board, one fan wrote: "Oh this is amazing!! Just what I needed as I'm making one for my friend's hen party!" While another added: "Now that’s one heck of a grazing table."
Thankfully, Ashleigh shared her shopping list so foodies can recreate the grazing board at home. Here's everything you'll need.
